Before booking please read our terms & conditions carefully. Please ensure that you have carefully read and understood our terms and conditions before booking with Birthday Memories Photography. This will help us provide you with the best service and prevent any misunderstandings. We may not be able to address concerns arising from overlooked details.
- Please note that our rates are fixed and non-negotiable. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service, which are reflected in our pricing.
- To confirm your booking, 30% advance payment is required at least 7 days prior to the event. The remaining 70% must be settled on the day of the event. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable. However, under special circumstances and subject to availability, the booking may be rescheduled or the coverage duration adjusted upon mutual agreement.
- We strictly adhere to the scheduled time for couple and portrait sessions. Clients are kindly requested to arrive at the venue on time, as delays may impact the quality and duration of the photo shoot.
- To ensure the best results for baby portraits and couple photo sessions, a minimum of 1 hour is required in a calm, preferably empty venue. Client cooperation is essential to achieving high-quality images. We kindly advise completing the photo shoot before guests begin to arrive, as distractions and interruptions can affect the outcome.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for unsatisfactory results due to lack of cooperation or a rushed environment. - Edited photos and promo/trailer videos are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of the event.
The full video is delivered within 3–4 weeks.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on workload, event scale, or unforeseen circumstances. - Clients are kindly requested to submit their selected images for print within 20 days following the event. If the client fails to provide their selection within this timeframe, Birthday Memories Photography will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver the prints.
- Clients are requested to behave humbly with our photographers and cinematographers. We will not tolerate any kind of bad behavior. Our services are delivered with the utmost professionalism and mutual respect. Should any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior occur, the photographer reserves the right to terminate the session and leave the event immediately.
- For additional hour it will be charged 2,000 BDT per hour.
- If your event takes place during lunch or dinner hours, we Birthday Memories Photography kindly request that meals be arranged for the photographer and cinematographer. If meal arrangements are not possible, please ensure they are given an appropriate break during that time.
- For events outside the Dhaka Metropolitan Area, clients are required to arrange and cover transportation and accommodation for the photography and cinematography team.
- Photographer & Cinematographer will work only the venue. Any additional costs for shooting outside the venue ( entry fees, transportation costs) must be borne by the client.
- For cinematic trailers and full video, please provide your preferred song selections on the first day of the event. If no songs are provided, we will select the music ourselves. If the cinematic trailers and full video are edited with our chosen music and you wish to use your own, a re-editing fee of 2000 BDT will apply.
- All delivered files are retained for up to 2 months after delivery. During this period, clients are responsible for securely storing their own copies, as we are not liable for any data loss beyond this timeframe.
- We reserve the right to use selected photographs for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer not to have your images used in this way, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
- In the rare event of a mechanical failure involving cameras, memory cards, or hard drives due to an unforeseen accident, we will make every reasonable effort to recover the files. If recovery is not possible, a full refund of the affected service will be issued.
- Birthday Memories Photography reserves the right to modify any details of the packages at our discretion.
