How do I book a session?
You can book a session by filling out the contact form on our website, WhatsApp us 01303154161 or emailing us directly at birthdaymemoriesphotography@gmail.com. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and details.
Do you require a deposit?
To confirm your booking, 30% advance payment is required at least 7 days prior to the event. The remaining 70% must be settled on the day of the event.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable. However, under special circumstances and subject to availability, the booking may be rescheduled or the coverage duration adjusted upon mutual agreement.
When will I receive my photos/Videos?
Edited photos and promo/trailer videos are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of the event. The full video is delivered within 3–4 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on workload, event scale, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
How will I receive my photos/videos?
Your edited photos will be delivered via a secure online gallery ( Google Drive ) where you can view, download, and order prints.
Do you offer photo prints or albums?
Yes! We offer high-quality prints, framed artwork, and custom albums. Just let us know what you’re interested in.
